Can I wear this on my front if I want to keep an eye on my dog?

How much difference between Medium and Large? My dog is exactly 9 lbs. Which should I get?

If your dog is 9 lbs, Large gives a bit more room to turn and relax. Medium fits snugger—but both will work.
