Can it drive over rugs and door thresholds?
Yes. PC5 is designed for everyday indoor homes and can cross thresholds or rugs up to 11 mm (0.43″) high while automatically avoiding most common obstacles. It works best on hardwood, tile, laminate, and low to medium-pile carpets.
Can I use it when I’m away from home?
Absolutely. As long as your robot stays connected to Wi-Fi, you can remotely drive it, watch live 2K video, talk to your pet with two-way audio. Whether you’re at work or traveling, you’re always just a tap away from your furry friend.
Do I need a subscription to use it?
No. All core features of PC5 can be used without subscription. PC5 also includes 3 days of free rolling cloud storage, while optional cloud plans are available if you’d like longer video history. It also supports local storage for added flexibility.
