Do I need a subscription to use this camera?

No, subscriptions are optional. It’s a great way to get extra cloud storage and longer alerts, but it’s not required. For free local storage, simply insert a TF card (up to 128GB). Just rotate the lens upwards to access the hidden slot.

Is this camera wireless or wired?

It is a plug-in Wi-Fi camera. While it connects wirelessly to your router for remote viewing, it requires a continuous USB power connection. It is not battery-operated, which guarantees uninterrupted 24/7 recording without the hassle of recharging.

Why isn’t the camera tracking movement?

Please manually control the camera via the app to verify the pan/tilt is functioning. If it does, check the app settings and ensure “Intelligent Tracking” is ON.
