How long does the battery last?

Battery varies by mode: 8 hours (Walk), 2 days (Daily), or 18 days (Power Save). The app will notify you when battery is low. Use Power Save mode for longest life.

Is the collar waterproof?

Yes. With an IPX7 rating, it is fully waterproof. It can withstand rain, splashes, and accidental submersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.

How do I set up the virtual fence?

In the app, go to “Fence Mode,” drag the map to set a safe zone, and adjust the radius. If your pet leaves the zone, you’ll get an instant alert. Perfect for gardens, parks, or home areas.
