What should I do if the cooling sensation diminishes after washing?

Is it normal for the product to get damaged when my dog chews on it?

The product features reinforced stitching, but it is not designed to withstand chewing. Chewing is a natural instinct for dogs, so we recommend providing them with appropriate chew toys to prevent pica.

Does it have an odor when I receive it?

This is the normal smell of a new product. The odor will dissipate naturally after washing or after leaving it in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours.

Is this mat thick?
